@matigo Yes. She is fairly well travelled, but not Japan and when a friend suggested it she was very keen to go I would like to visit Japan, but I don’t travel much, so it’s unlikely I will. She’s been to Vietnam, Thailand, plenty of places like that. Oh, and India, but then she’s Indian, though grew up in Uganda, until kicked out in the mid-70’s, and came to the UK.
