@variablepulserate I doubt it. I have stayed in hotels on my own, but mainly for work. Oh I did stay in London for my friend’s daughter’s wedding a few years back. That was quite stressful - I didn’t know anyone, other than the bride and her Mum and I was the only white face at an Indian wedding. It was superb, but not the most relaxing thing I’ve done.
I’ve always fancied having a motorhome & just going off - a bit safer for a lone female perhaps, but I probably never would. I’m a total coward at heart. I have the dream of a girl, her guitar (the piano wouldn’t fit) and her dog, road-tripping around, but it’s just that, a dream.
