I try not to, but sometimes I can’t help it and I fall asleep in a chair, if I’m at home, not busy, etc.
I prefer not to, as I don’t think that helps the night-time sleeping in the long term.
I wouldn’t mind, but the last couple of nights I’ve woken from some really unpleasant dreams. That’s left me out of sorts all day. I have a cold though, so maybe that’s why. 🤷🏼‍♀
